hey guys, its been awhile. i finally got the talon running and on the road.
im having trouble tuning it now. heres the facts first. i have fic 650 injectors, evo 8 fuel pump. the guy i bought the car from said the ecu had been chipped for the 650 injectors. it does have a socket and chip but heres the catch. every time i go to compensate for the boost and even tune it for non boost use, nothing stays the same and it fluctuates alot. i changed the coolant temp sensor thinking that can mess the closed loop up and make it run rich. it seems everything i do it stays rich then when i correct alot it goes lean. hitting full boost maxs out at 10 on the wideband. any ideas? im almost ready to just go back to a non eprom and tune with that.
