Need to know if a nonturbo 4g63 block will work as a turbo motor. plan to put turbo pistons in. my engine block is destoryed now, so need a new one. can find turbo block any where for a resonable price. i was just wondering about the oil squirters because the turbo blocks have them. oh yeah it a 6 bolt engine not sure if that matters or not

the block will work most respectable machine shops can instal oil squirters.

+1 on the oil squirter's if you are going to run stock internals get them installed but if you run forged you can go with out them...

Make sure you have the casting nub for the knock sensor, I have seen N/A blocks both with and without them.

X2 on the casting nub for the knock sensor. As far as the oil squirters go I have seen many people without them even on stock internals and they have zero problems. I have ran my n/t 6 bolt block without oil squirters for over 2 years and im not exactly easy on the car

Some people eliminate the oil squirters oh high hp builds (I don't know why) but still works fi
e without 'em. Since your n/a block is shot, find a turbo block on your local craigslist or junkyard.

Like everyone has said, yes; a non turbo 6 bolt block with turbo pistons will work just fine on a turbo build. You won't have oil squirters but thats fine. Also make sure there is a spot for the knock sensor. Otherwise you're good to go.
