Engine smoking....Help !

I have a 92 Talon 2.0 n/t, about a week ago it started smoking blue smoke from the exhaust.
It smokes very badly after you sit at an idle for awhile, then it clears up as you drive. The tail pipe is very oily also. I have checked compression 180,180,165,170. the spark plugs are OK, not oil fouled at all. Oil consumption is bad also, about a quart in 200 miles. Would be thankful
for any help.

ive got a burnt exhaust valve, and it makes my car smoke like crazy too, so im going and purchasing a 420a off of a broken down 95 eclipse, only 60k miles. gonna replace a bunch of stuff on my car.
