Thanks Michael

sounds good basic mods, depends on your goals but it looks like a general build, should run just fine just replace things as you need them or general maintenace parts.

well ive been hearing get a fpr, flywheel , clutch, bigger injectors do i need any of it. Itll be my DD but want to make around 500 in the end witch is why my bottom end is built pretty solid.

Agreed. Your list gives you a good launching point for your upgrade path for your car, but get everything hooked up and running first before adding too many new parts that you dont need as of yet. If something goes wrong when you go to start it up, every new part you add will be listed under "I should check this to see if its effing up". Just my .02

I also agree with them ^^ get it all set up, but afterwords, to get any real use out of the 16g you're going to want upgrade from 450cc's, and IMHO getting an afpr is just preventative maintenance once you really start a build, the factory fpr is kind of a hit and a miss, some people never have problems, some people run into problems right after installing their Wally255. You seem like you've got a solid head on your shoulders as far as the build goes! Good luck to you:applause:

well i have a fully stock exhaust turbo back so im lookin to get one of those but i dont have money to get it then go oh.... i needed a fpr or somthing you know. Also know of any places to buy metal or anyone who makes a full just straight pipe exhaust.

Also have a build thread on streat builds to watch this whole thing go togather. Slow but going haha.

My advice would be, before you buy or do anything look at some of the build forums on here, and than look at some of the racing forums, its funny how alot of the build forums have the same list of parts as you and the quickest cars in the country seem to go a different way. Look for Ostar racing in the drag forum, just went 9.22 on a stock block. OEM parts are great and can be cheaper, so before you buy based off name look at some of the stock block guys stuff and see what they are doing.

Well, you'll notice more gain off the simple things, go to the build path's. Intake/exhaust first, the most noticeable gain comes from enabling the car to INHALE and EXHALE, definantly follow the "stage 0"-"stage 1" etc. and as far as the money issue, it's best to wait and save up and get the parts you need, rather than cobbling this, and taking a shortcut on that just for the sake of driving it mid-build.
