Engine Mount Removal?

Ok real quick question... How do you remove the stock rubber part of the engine mount. I'm trying to put in my urethane kit and I'm looking for some advice. So far I've seen a dude set'em on fire....and I would rather not use that method so let me know.

searching wouldn't be bad. but you can either press them out, burn them out, or drill a bunch of holes in it and get a hacksaw in there and start hacking at it!

This is why I hate going on tuners...I used the search and came up with nothin.

Stick the mount in a vice and with an air chisel cut the rubber out. After the rubber is out use the chisel to cut and push out the metal insert that's still stuck in there. What's that?.....you don't have an air chisel? Then set it on fire.
