engine making weird noise help asap

ive noticed lately i start my car and it makes a weird noise then i stop hearing it...then when i rev my engine or take off normally this noise keeps coming..most of the time after it warms up it stops but once cold you hear it alot

the noise sounds very simular to a car that has the timing too advanced, like a cricket noise

today i checked timing and one cam gear was off by one tooth. I did the timing all over and everything lined up good, i go and start it and same thing happens

i rev engine from engine campartment and i go around trying to see where the noise is coming from and seems like its coming from turbo?? or around that area??

very strange please help

It is very possible that it could be your TOB, or power steeriing pump. Mine is kinda making the same noise on start up and my clutch is going out and I think my power steering pump is making some kinda noise, not sure whats going on there. I haven't checked yet. Hope this helped you. Have you checked your turbo by any chance?
