engine knocks at low rpm.

My 95 gst has a lite knocking sound at idle to 2200 rpms on what sounds like the #1 cylinder. At idle the oil pressure drops down low. Car runs fine except for the knocking sound. Somebody told me its probly a spun bearing. If it needs rebuilt then I would like to get 400-450 horses. Please help.
