I've got a '91 Plymouth Laser non-turbo. It will idle all day long with no problems. However, if you take it off idle it will die about 5 seconds later.
It cuts the ignition, I'm guessing. The reason I say it cuts ignition is due to the fact that the fuel pump remains running for a couple seconds after the cars shuts off.
It doesn't sputter, or gradually die. It simply cuts off like someone turned the key off.
Has anyone seen a problem like this?
