engine keeps filling up overflow tank, wtf !

my overflow tank keeps getting full to the top. i filled it to the correct level. it gets a little bit low each day, no oil in coolant. coolant looks to be clean. just changed the head gasket to a comet about 1000 miles ago. only other thing i can think of is when my wastegate line had a pin hole in it and my boost went close to or over 30psi, but my car is untuned. so would that mess anything up ? and it wasnt like i was in it for a full gear, it was more like 2 seconds.

When you changed the headgasket to cometic, did you get the head resurfaced? Both surfaces have to be perfectly flat for the metal hg to seat and seal properly.

i rebuilt this motor about 6000 miles ago, had everything done at the machine shop, bored, decked & polished, and when i put the head gasket on i even checked the mating surfaces with a straight edge to make sure they were straight & true. they turned out good.

Could be pushing coolant. I will only leak during boost, just enough to put some pressure on you cooling system and overcome the rad cap. Head is studded on? Tourqed correctly? Check the studs again?
