I just bought the car Friday. 91 AWD Turbo. The car was sitting for about 6 months. I drove it home and it was kinda slugish so yesterday, I did a tune up. Ran it yesterday and it drove wonderfully. Started right up, idled, everything. Went to start it today, and it just turned over and over. I started to smell gas so I figured it flooded. Pulled the fuse and cranked it. Put it back in and it just turned.
I then pulled the plugs out and they were soaked. Looked in the chambers, and there was a pool of gas in every cylinder. Took the fuse out and cranked it to get the fuel out. Then put the plugs back in, cranked about 2 or 3 seconds, pulled the plugs out, and flooded again instantly.
All I can ask is what the hell?!?! It is possible that the injectors are stuck open, but they worked yesterday. The only thing possible is that the injectors are open, but why for so long?

), but with rotaries, you #### up and its time for a rebuild! I'd say for a daily driver/weekend warrior, DSMs are the better choice, but for real tuning and real fun, go rotary. The rotary engine is also an amazing thing, it just sucks about the damn seals that blow a lot. Sorry for my rambling and once again welcome to DSMs!
