Embarassing noob question

Basically what you do is disconnect your intake from the turbo. You need to make a cap that will go over your turbo inlet. A valve stem like on a bicycle tire will then need to be put into the cap. This cap prevents any air from getting in or out of your turbo unless you hook up air to the valve stem. Once that cap is in place, you add air to the valve stem with a bicycle pump, for example, and pressurize your intake with lets say 15-20psi. It should hold that pressure fairly steady if you don't have any leaks. If you do have leaks, you will hear it hissing. Locate the source of the hissing and fix it.

I'll find the link that I got this from.
