My -98 Eclipse RS was unused for half a year and after that the battery was dead. The car was started by jump leads with other car and afterwards new battery changed. Now the remote control for locking doors does not work and all the warning signal beeps (key in ignition, lights on...) are missing. What could be the problem?

Hi,
All the fuses in the fuse boxes are fine and remote is original stock system.
Could there be a fuse close to the module/relay that is making the warning sounds or receiving the remote signal? Where are these components? Where should I look for the cut wire?
