Electrical Problems

So in the last 24 hours my car decided it was going to stop working.
My trans went into limbo and I'm having serious electrical problems.
When I start or attempt to start my car usually nothing happens. My battery light came on and my radio cuts out. I'm not sure if my alternator is failing or what. Please help!

Sounds like a bad alternator to me. It drained your battery when it stopped charging. Take it off and take it to parts house and have them test it for you. Make sure you charge your battery back up before you put a new alternator on or it could fry the new alternator.

Do a voltage drop test also! Bad connections can give real erratic problems..
