i have a drainage in my battery im not sure what is cuasing it. my wire are fine that are to my battery and the alternator is new. my grounds are good but still cant fine whats wrong. i can start my car with a jump but my car wants to die while im driving but first my lights would go down and my gauges start to flicker then after that the car would just turn off and then would start only with a jump

You either have a short, or a bad battery (weak or internal cell is shorted), or a bad alternator. Know that auto stores are notorious for selling bad "new" alternators (which btw are really just remanufactured), especially a certain store which has an abseen return rate. Many people on here have returned bad alts to this store 3-4 times in a month.

After battery is charged (perhaps with a charger while disconnected) what is the measured voltage at the battery with it then connected and car off, off with headlights on, running with headlights off, and running with headlights on? Did you do the battery drain test in my previous link?

Here's a test to tell if bad alt or battery: http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/new...reeway-electrical-problems.html#post151165661
