I'm going to buy an autometer carbon fiber EGT gauge, but I've decided to go with the TRE probe based on what everyone says on these forums. My question is, the TRE probe and wiring for it is sold seperately and I was wondering if I should buy more wiring or if it comes with the probe. I emailed the guys at TRE but they weren't very helpful. If I need to get more wire, how much should I get? I have a 95 tsi awd. Thanks in advance.

Judging by the info on their website, you will have to buy more thermocouple wire. I would go for about 10ft just to make sure. I have the Autometer probe and gauge. It's been in for about 3 weeks. I haven't had any problems with it, yet. Just my 2 cents.
