egr valve trouble

hey guys i recently was driving my talon and the check engine light came one and i heard a loud click sound and then my car just died! it sucked cause i was in the middle of the street at a light that just turned green :thumbdown after getting home i ran some tests and found the egr valve seems to be bad, well i called around and no one had one! the "cry"sler dealer had no idea what my car even was so i tried the mits dealer and they had one but the wanted like $110 for one not installed! does anyone know where i could get one cheap? i'm also looking for starters if anyone has one laying around. also i noticed my haynes manual doesnt say anything about the egr valve so i need some help in replacing it if anyone has gone though this before please let me know!
