EGR Block

I have heard the term EGR block I would like to know how is the best way to block out my EGRvalve and what effect this will have on the engine and emission controls. I have 1998 eclipse rs 2.0 n/t .

Well it will actualy block hot air from going into ur intake.. you can go to www.jmfabrications.com and he sells them for like 15 bucks... and t5hey block off the HOT gases going into ur intake.. for cooler air and beter intake flow....

Well your car won't be emissions legal anymore thats for sure. It is also said that blocking off the egr drops gas mileage drastically. However I have no first hand experience with it myself. It is just something you should research and think about.
