thank you for the quick response i dont have to pass just wanted to make sure it wouldnt cause any damage to the engine the vaccum lines that ran to it i just block them off then?

Not a problem.Try using the search I'm sure you will find out all you need to know.Just take off the egr block it off and make sure you dont have any vacume leaks from the lines.Trace out the lines and pull them off and use vacume caps to cap off the nipples the lines came off.

If you go to the hardware and get a vacuum cap, and cap it off right on the manifold it works best. I just unplugged and removed the egr solenoid on the fire wall and didn't get a check engine light or anything. But if its not bad there is no reason to get rid of it.

well i have the head off at the machine shop so im just doing things to keep me busy like i said i dont have any emissions so if i block it off its 1 less thing under my hood
