You can make one form just about anything. here is one my buddy whipped up years ago for my hyundai. It's made from a mason jar, couple screw in fittings a hunk of hose and a couple worm clamps. Worked like a charm.

Now I just use a fuel filter. Couple bucks and it should hold more than an ounce of oil comfortably.
