ECUflash ecuflash with maft

I just ordered a maft for my car the other day. I understand how to use most of it but im confused on my injector scaling. Im using ecuflash to compensate for my Evo injectors. Do I scale my maft for the Evo injectors which are 560s or do I scale the maft for the stock 450s. Im guessing since my ecu thinks that 560s are the stock injector size, then i.think I would have to scale for that then the stock 450s but I could be wrong? Can someone clear this up for me?

It's usually recommended to compensate for the injectors with the tuning software and then set the MAFT to stock injector settings.

But since I reprogrammed my ecu to compensate for the injectors, wouldnt I set it for 560s since the ecu.thinks thats stock? Lol im so confused on this

No, if the ecu is set to compensate than you don't want the maft to do it also.

The MAFT sends a translated MAF signal, along with any other parameters you "program" into it to the ECU. If you're sending it a signal for 560cc injectors, when it has already been programmed for 560cc injectors, you're basically doing it twice. This will cause issues.

Ok understood! So I set it for 450s which would be base 2 aux 4
