ECUflash tuning, weird problem

After doing some WOT pulls and logging in Evoscan yesterday, I have found a problem that I have no idea how to fix. My car has always bogged and cut out at around 10psi. When I look at my airflow/rev(load) log, you can see when it is doing this. Load will not go any higher than 200. As soon as it hits 200, it drops back down to 160-180, and then right back up to 200. It will just keep doing this over and over. I am new to tuning so I have no idea what this means. I just can't figure out why my car won't go over 200 load.

Boost leak causing fuel cut.

I guess I'll have to do another BLT. Last time I did one I could sort of hear air from somewhere on the backside of the engine, but couldnt feel any air. Not sure where it could be coming from.

Spray windex and it'll bubble around the leak
