I have bee told that in order to cure my fuel cut i should have my ecu reprogramed. How do i go about having that done, is it something that i can do on my own or do i have to have someone do it for me. Also would a datalogger be better for me and take the place of the neo or does it do something different?

I see you have no engine management or fuel upgrades . Re-wire your fuel pump or get a walbro 195 or 255 and a set of injectors . I ran red top 460 rx-7 injectors on the 14b in my car . Do you have an s-afc ? Get the supporting fuel mods on your car and do some research , you have a turbocharged car .

The rewire does help, but doesn't always cure it..Supporting fuel mods and ecu upgrades are the best option..Hit up Steve here on tuners he will be able to help you out for sure on the ecu upgrade..

I have 550's and i am tuning with apexi neo. I am suppose to have a walbro 255 but i am thinking i need to check and make sure that is what was put in. I am confussed on whether to get a dattalogger or not. i did some checking and i think with one i can reprogram my ecu and that , that might take care of my fuel cut but just unsure if thats a good idea, or if when i get my afpr installed that will take care of the fuel cut and i wont need to get a datalogger. Any help there is greatly needed thanks

the hardware you get to flash the ECU in your car can also be used for data logging as well. there are a lot of benefits to flashing the ecu getting rid of the factory fuel cut is only one of them. you also get full control of timing as well as a hole bunch of other things. not to mention you can adjust the size of the injectors that the ECU is programed and get rid of that AFC Neo you have in the car now.
