I'm trying to get my dsm running better I'm having some strange issues.

Looking at my logs my front o2 sensor is dead, pegged at 0v, I confirmed this with an actual scan tool as well.
So shouldn't my ecu lock itself into open loop and stay there, according to my logs it seems to be changing between closed loop and open loop randomly.

My other issue is after my car warms up it starts to run really lean 17 afr to 19.5 afr sometimes hitting 20 to the point where it seems like it wants to die out and only pulls 12 to 10 inhg of vaccuum. (it has some cams in it too 272s) All of this is at idle only. If you blip the throttle jumps down to 20 inhg and afrs go to stoich. I've done a vacuum leak on the test and didn't find anything major just something small in the throttle body.

Also there is in exhaust leak before my wideband so I know my numbers are going to be off. But my LTFT is at +12.5 so its dumping fuel which i think is because the o2 is running 0v. But shouldn't I be running super rich on my wideband then? even with the exhaust leak.

Obviously I know I need to fix the leak and change the o2 but I wanted to see what you guys would say. I've got two logs the first one 6.29 is before a timing belt and the second 7.04 is after a new timing belt.
