Have trouble with idle surge. I cant get the idle down to 750 even with bottoming out the biss. My isc was bad, only 1 coil was good so I replaced it with a new good one but still surge. I pulled the ecu out and looked at the drivers, the pic is of the back of the board where the drivers are it also looks like it has some white stuff over like half the board. What ya think?

Post a pic of the other side. That side doesn't really look burnt. The dark spot on the solder just looks like the flux wasn't cleaned off very good.

The discoloration looks like it saw some high heat. Hows the wire harness's for the injectors and ISC look?

Do you have good grounds? And maybe a buddy or another local that could lend you their ECU to swap out for a bit to see if it's ECU related or something else?

Take a few in focus overall pictures top and bottom.
The bad ISC driver shouldn't hurt the ISC but the ISC won't work correctly until it's replaces. I have seen shorted drivers cause the ECU to shutdown. Replace the driver ASAP, either sent it to ECMTuning or somebody else who actually knows how the circuits on the ECU work so they can make sure you didn't burn up the ISC traces as well as the driver. Replacing the driver is easy but making sure it's working on a test bench requires knowledge and unique test tools.

more pics. I took the TB off and I didnt have the plate in correctly, it wasnt fully closing. So I fixed that and it helped my idle a ton but it still have a little trouble starting and has a small surge.

You'll love ECMtuning service. Absolutely some of the best customer service I've ever recieved. Above and beyond what I expected for sending my ecu states away.

And when I got it back was so impressed I was speechless.
