Does anyone know where and how can I replace ECU connectors?

I've been messing with my old "Enginnering sample" ECU connectors to fix the CAS problems (2Ga vs. 2Gb) so that I could switch to 98/99 ECU, but during experiments, the old connectors have seen their share of abuse, and now the wires in them are loose, and injector wires sometimes get loose enough that the connection disappears altogether, and one or two cylinders get no juice at all..

Does anyone know where I can get/buy/order replacement connectors with pins and pliers so that I could re-pin the wires?

P.S.: Maybe somebody has found a way to get the 97/98/99 ECU work with 95/96 CAS during last 6 months or so?

i thought Ceddy said that he had been working on a fix for the inverted CAS signal for the 98/99 ecu but aside from that i haven’t heard of any solid fix... on tycos website you can get the pins and the connector header that solders directly to the ECU but i am not sure about the connectors. would have to look to see.

I haven't been following the forum much lately, maybe I'll just change the CAS next month.

I'm looking for female plugs and the pins at the end of the wires that go into those plugs. Any idea how they are called, tried browsing the Tycos site and can't find anything, never imagined that there are so many different types of connectors available OMG

Plugs, Pins, and Connectors - EvoEcu

One thing to watch out for, USDM DSMs 95-96 and 97-99 use different pins and plugs.

95-96 ecu plugs have the wings on the back to open, and have slightly longer pins.

97-99 have the pop up top like Evos.

Either one will plug into the ecu, but mismatching pins and plugs won't work.

If you have access to U-Pull-It kind of junk yard, they can be a good source for plugs. Last time I went they let me have a whole bag full for free.

The metripack crimper danl posted is a good one, I've done a couple full harnesses with it.

Still no fix for the inverted CAS...
