ECU+ connection problem

so i got an eclipse with ECU+ but i try to connect to it thru my comp but it just sits there forever saying "connecting with ECU+ head unit. whats goin on? i made sure im using the right port and the car is in the on position....

Why don't you try the ecu+ forum at www.ecuplus.com since you have his product. Support seems pretty good over there. Goodluck.

yeah i recently used my big brain and did that and think we figured it out. the usb to serial cable was messin it up so need to get a better one
