If it's a 4G63 powered car I have a list. http://simon.chi.il.us/ECU/ECUID.html
The dates given are build dates not model years. DSM's typically started being build in May/June of the prior year so a car build in July 94 is a 95 model year

If your car is a 420A powered vehicle I haven't seen a list for them.

For 420a models:

2GA, automatic gearbox:
- M05269622
- M05269658
- M04796365
2GA, manual gearbox:
- M05269656
- M05269653
- M05269729
2GB 97/98 automatic gearbox:
- 5293 014AC
2GB 97/98 manual gearbox:
- 5293 013AC
2GB 99:
- 5293 191AC (Mitsu #)
- 05293191AC (Chrysler #)
- 05269834A1

I'm having trouble researching the difference between the 1999 part numbers. There tends to be no specification for them.

The 2GA has multiple part numbers due to a difference in California vs federal emissions.

Decode the VIN of the parts car. You can choose the correct ECU easily that way.
