So I recently finished up some changes, one of which was a GM MAF, IAT and MAP sensor, ordered as a kit with ECMTuning's plug n play MAF cable. I'm assuming the MAP is an Omnipower 4 bar unit, I'm running the MAF in blow-through and the IAT is about 8 inches before the TB.

All seems to be working great, and the car runs excellent (better than the stock MAF ever did). However, I've noticed while logging a few times, that the sensor occasionally goes, wonky. it'll read full vacuum, the signal gets choppy, then it goes back to normal, back and forth etc. every few min.

I have both the ECMLink sensor and my Innovate boost gauge MAP sensor hooked up off the brake booster line with an inline tap, before the check valve. My Innovate gauge seems to read fine regardless, and has worked flawlessly since I got it (~4 years ago). Both are mounted to a piece of aluminum I fabbed that mounts on the firewall right behind the intake manifold, and the ECMLink sensor is only a couple months old.

Anyone have any ideas? I'm thinking a grounding issue maybe, haven't had a lot if spare time to dig into it recently. I'm going to contact ECMTuning as well, tho I know they've got their hands full lately. If pics are needed let me know, I will try and get some logs over the next few days, noticed I wasn't hitting capture a couple times when I thought I was logging the issue.

I had a situation where my sensor was reading full vacuum and no matter what I did would not change. I bought a new sensor which did not change anything. Tested a ton of things and finally decided to bypass the plug and play harness and hardwired it, solved my problem. Not sure what happened in the plug and play harness but it went out, checked the connectors and all appeared to be in good shape. Try bypassing the plug and play harness by hardwiring it and see if that fixes your problem.

Thanks I will give that a try, sounds like maybe the buffer board interferes with it, or I just doesn't have a good connection once warmed up.
