I just finished installing everything on my car yesterday. I'm planning on taking it to Boostin Performance but in the mean time I would at least like to get it to idle well and a little bit of road use!

Today I did its first start up and my car turns on but the idle is all over the place fluctuating from 500-1500rpms please help!

Mods include:
ECMLink Speed density, 850cc injectors, AEM wideband, 255 Walbro rewired, fuel pressure regulator, 38 Tial waste gate, hx35, HKS bov, VRSF intercooler, 3" down pipe, 2.5 exhaust cat delete

Help!!

Ok guys I'm having a problem and I don't know where to start. My car is idling like crap, black smoke is coming out exhaust, spark plugs are black (their new), and I have low compression on cylinder 1. But held pressure in all four cylinders. I will do a leak down test but is there anything else I should look for?

You are WAY over fueling it and if you are not careful, you may wash out the cylinders and may not ever get the rings to seal. The plug tip doesn't look like a normal NGK tip, are you running iridiums for some reason?

So would it be a tunning issue? I have 850cc injectors, 255walbro rewrired, stock regulator. And I'm not sure if their iridiums i got the NGK br7 sparkplugs

Are you using br7es plugs? If so those are non projected tip plugs. I use them because they work great on ethanol powered dsm's, but I don't run them on gasoline, they foul easily. I highly doubt the plugs are your problem, but you should change them out for bPr7es anyway if you're burning gas.
Also as Dsmkauai said an ecmlink log will answer all the basic questions for us, and a lot of times it's all you need to diagnose a problem.

Here is my log, let me know if you need more I can do it after work. I had a after market fuel pressure regulator because Boostin Performance told me I did not need it, but I can put it back on if necessary.

I don't think the issue is your fuel pressure regulator but the car needs setting up properly with the link. So once folks here check your log you should have your answers soon enough. After Boostin looks at and tunes the car they will tell you if you need to upgrade the reg which wont hurt. You would be wise to get a new set of bpr7es plugs though and make sure you have no vacuum or boost leaks as well or have boostin check for boost leaks before you tune..

@Josue Gomez ,boostin is offering free boost leak test special with tuning purchase. Check it out.

Thanks for the responses guys. But I did buy new bpr7es spark plugs. And did a boost leak test, but car is still acting the same. And boostin won't tune the car until the car is running fine so that's what I want to do before taking it too them

That log doesn't show you running Speed Density. The ECU is running off the MAF with only basic fuel injector adjustment and no wideband configured but the temp and baro inputs are locked.

Where did you get the injector deadtime setting?
How is your AEM hooked up? Where is the sensor installed?
Which IAT and MAP sensors are in the car and how are they wired in?

The log doesn't show the car surging, just that it's not getting O2 feedback and a rear O2 fault (which would be expected with your mods) It also doesn't look like you touched the throttle during the log so it's hard to say anything about the idle switch or TPS.

DSM's 4 Life is correct that you should log additional data.

I am running stock MAF because of my lack of tuning ability.

Now as far as mechanical, I did a compression test and have low compression on cylinder 1. I am replacing the engine as we speak. If it turns on fine and no leaks it's going directly to boostin so I can have a working car
