I have to change my opinion. I kind of like it now that I re-did it in Photoshop myself. I took in consideration not to distort the image of the light assembly itself as you wont be able to do that in real life so I only distorted the molding as that is more plausible to make as a one off custom fab.

enjoy.

P.s. I only did this because im on vacation and I am bored out of my mind.

That looks sexy on the red and black talon!

I think this rocks and looks awesome

That's BAD ASS! I like it, It actually flows nicely with the rear of the car (Better than the Viper). It would be a lot of work to do it, but I am sure it can be done.

They kind of look like the Dodge Dart tail lights.

The dart lights look nice to but maybe for 1g it's two tail light unless you was hacking the back of the eclipse rear to open like that dart it would sense weird because you be under assumption the inner peace is going lift with the trunk

I like it but the price for the tail light s is going to be out the roof, if it wasn't going to cost a arm and leg i would look in to it

At first I wasnt a fan but im really starting to link how it looks. I hope you can pull it off and get it done

can someone photo chop the dart tails in to a 2g wouldn't mine seeing what that would look like

Hey yall. I hope you're ready to answer this question once and for all. I found a 2015 Dodge Viper ACR tail light with lense damage for $100. I am dying of curiosity to know how it will mount up so of course I bought it

If it works then it will be a small hop and skip towards paying $1k for a OEM set... and if I decide to do the Carbon fiber cowl another $1.1K

Here ya go to anyone curious. Can it be done, yup looks like it. But going to need to chop up both tailights and the mount points on your car at least if you have a talon. You would also have to fabricate some sort of shroud for the sides so it doesn't look like a complete autozone makeover job

Also looks like you'd need to cut into the metal the oem tail lights bolt to so that the Viper lights could sit more flush. Been wondering about this since it originally got posted. I at least say thanks fro donating $100 to getting a final answer to this. Would definitely look great if custom fitted.

If anything, this does show a size comparison for anyone interested.

I agree. Honestly it seems more feasible than I anticipated. 2 of the 5 mounting bolts line up with oem holes AND are the same size so you could use the same nuts.

The biggest downside is the price, but damn these tailights are beautiful in person plastics have come along way in 20 years
