Ebc And Boost Creep

would an electronic boost controler help fix the boost creep problems with an evo III 16G, or would it make no diffrene over a manuel boost controler

It won't do a single thing to stop boost creep. To stop boost creep you're going to have to do something like port the wastgate and install a bigger flapper or have some sort of external wastegate.
