Ebay Turbo Kit Can it be true and Can it work?

Here's what I've been looking at on Ebay I'm also not to sure if it will fit if anyone thinks or know if it will work let me no!! Heres the link,

Yes, it will work. How well it works and how reliable it will be is another matter. You will also need to get pipes to go with that IC and an exaust manifold for that turbo, just from a quick glance. Keep in mind this is not everything you need for complete install. Here is a thread of an ebay kit that did pretty well:

NO DON"T DO IT. IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY. AND VERY DANGEROUS TO YOUR CAR!

There is a thread in here. A member did it, daily he cheked his turbo. He did it as a test. The bolt that holds the tubine was on itsd last thread. They are junk. Laos mony othe rposts of the welds on the manifolds separating. Piece together a kit and call it a day with piece of mind!
