Can It Be Fixed?

ECU out of a 92 plymouth laser 2.0 turbo, caps are leaking,fuel pump quit engageing on me could leaking caps cause problems like this? if so can this one be fixed?here are best pics i could get with pos camera

Sure, you will most likely have to take the caps out to get to the traces. Take it to an electronics shop they should have the tools to fix it.

ok thankyou ill try that.and would leaking caps cause my fuel pump to quit working?i hooked it up directly it works,it dosn't engage from the check terminal and the relay is good.
