Ebay T3/T4 Kit?

Hey guys

Is that kit a good kit to give good power? I'm not famaliar at all with 4g63 motors, but this seems like an INCREDIBLE DEAL. Wastegate, BOV, turbo, and MANIFOLD for 575$
