T3/T4 Turbo from ebay??

Hey guys im not too too familur with tubos and trims and what the differences are with turbos but i do believe from what ive read so far on this site that my turbo can very easily blow on me at any time rite now so im looking for a new turbo. I tried to use the search option to see if someone else has already went over it but nothing would come up. Maybe i was doing something wrong but anyways heres my question.
I was pretty big in the ebay scene for a while so i was on looking at things for sale for my car and came across alot of T3/T4 turbos with a header and gaskets and such. Or what the 38mm waste gate flange means anything like that... I just dont know. I dont know if i will need something else to make this work or what but i need some help on this bad. i really dont want to get screwed and buy something that i cant use or really want.. Please guys help me out.

i have personally seen the welds on these manifolds fail right at the flange. the manifold is junk, and as for the rest, i would suggest paying attention to the thread above, i know i will. i am very interested in seeing how the XS power/SSautochrome turbo's hold up.

I would never use that manifold.

The Intercooler has had good things said about it, minus the endtank welds.

Mainly, the manifold is your weak point. I cant wait to hear how the XS power turbo holds up

If it matters i dont think that one is the same as the one i was looking at. i was only looking to change my turbo and exhaust manifold rite now. i was just going to use the stock intercooler till after spring.
