There used to be some decent FMICs on ebay core/tubing/bov everything you need. Now all I see is cores and other auctions for tubing. And what happened to XS power? Their website doesnt list an FMIC for a 1g? Anyone point me to a good website for a complete kit for around 250?
 
Go to xspower.com and email them saying you want the group buy for dsmtuners and tell them you have a 1g. They will hook you up. Winter

I literally just got this kit at my door this morning. It does in fact come in a huge box with a huge sticker on it saying "SSAC/XS POWER". So that kit from that dealer is xs power. got it 250 shipped to my door. Ive heard very good things on here about xs power and the 1G. It's going to be interesting with that long piping but should work great from reading all the great reviews of it. The core is huge and very good welds..even comes with a cheap weird looking BOV...:| Going to install tonight probably! just in time for july 4th! WOO:thumb:

yeah Ive been trying to find them and it seems to me that nothing comes up. Does anyone know something I dont, or who may be selling one?

are you also referring to the punishment intercooler. I want a cheap ebay intercooler like the old xs power ones. I was going to get one of those but I guess they dont have them anymore
 
They still have them available, but you are probably going to have wait a little bit. Someone else on here asked the same question a little while back because he couldnt find them when he was looking. They went up for sale again after he had stopped looking. You have to remember that people do buy these things and the person selling them isnt always going to get new ones right back up for sale again. I personally saw them on Ebay yesterday. They are out there.
 
which brand was it that you saw. If you could, link me to where you saw a whole kit for cheap. Thank you
 
I have the SSautochrome intercooler and it is great. I had to do a little modification to the piping to make it fit my evoiii but it was a nice fit. Had to relocate coolant reservoir and make some cuts to the front bumper but not comlaining because of the awesome deal.
 
if you would of asked this about a week earlier I could of helped you out alot. i just bought a xs power fmic off of a guy on ebay for $241.99 shipped. unfortunately the member was just suspended for alittle while on ebay because he used the word "hks" in one of his auctions. but i was also bidding on a ported O2 housing when the person got suspended so ebay canceled my bid, but i emailed the person and he told me $75 shipped. i just sent the paymet through paypal yesterday so i'll keep you posted if they dont rip me off and actually send me the product, so then you could do the same thing with the xs power fmic.
 
now that i just orderd my new clutch i need a front mount i was thinking about going ebay with the fmic i was think godspeed? anyother sugestions?
 
how much are you looking to spend, the "best" ebay intercooler is going to be a used buschur or left over ETS intercooler. Don't even bother with an SSAC or godspeed one. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!

If you're looking for a 2g ebay solution, this is probably one of the best options available:

eBay Motors: 95 - 99 2G DSM 4G63 Eclipse Talon Intercooler Kit FMIC (item 330199657169 end time Dec-29-07 08:48:48 PST)

It's the same as the normal ssauto kit but it includes the coupler and 2 tbolt clamps that the ssauto doesn't include.

YES I AM CURRENTLY WAITING FOR AN INTERCOOLER FROM MANGINA. HIS SERVICE IS EXCELLENT VERY FRIENDLY AND IS THERE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU HAVE. IF YOU WAIT A WEEK I CAN TELL YOU HOW THE QUALITY IS AND I CAN TAKE SOME PICS BUT SO FAR THE TRANSACTION FROM MANGINA IS GREAT!!!!!!:thumb:

I bought my intercooler and piping from e-bay SEPRATLY, and i had no problem putting it together. It actually took me longer to remove the manifold than put the FMIC together. Its been working really good since too.
