go on Turbo Kits, Turbo Manifolds, Import Performance Products, SSAutochrome Inc. and get the 2g direct fit short route piped fmic kit. it's complete, and cheap. i've broke into the 10's with one already almost 6 years ago, and always use them. they've handled my abuse, power, and fast track times non-stop.

I think what they mean about "semi-bolt on" is that you will need to do a little more work than just dropping the intercooler in. Just go with the ss autochrome one or look into the VR speed one

Will to answer your question. The bov pipe is set up different. The first link the bov pipe goes the longer route/ under the fuse box thingy as to the second link the bov pipe bends down in front of your radiator like the punishment intercooler! The top one sucks, i've ran one and the pipes are a pain with more chances of boost leak.

im curious about the SSAutochrome kit. does it require "shaving" the bumper at all, and when I click the link, I only see 1 kit they sell for eclipse, is that the short route setup you are talking about?

The SSauto kit requires modifying the bumper, bumper support and radiator support.

It also requires you to modify their piping and core which removes the beads on the piping and core. It's also missing a coupler a few tbolts and one of the upper pipes is too short which will cause fitment issues unless you purchase a longer coupler. The brackets are too low which will cause a gap between the bumper and the bottom of the core and their kit is only setup to work with a downward facing turbo without extensive modification.

Our kit on the other hand is problem free and will save you hours of time in terms of labor and install, not to mention it fits perfectly without the need to modify the kit and includes mounting hardware and your option of bov flange and jpipe:

It was necessary for me to do these things when installing your kit, also.

Great kit, but these things were absolutely NECESSARY in order to install your 2G kit.

Just something the OP should know.

I didn't mean that the ssauto kit required it and ours didn't, I was just answering a previously asked question
