ebay greddy knockoff bov?

does anyone know the quality of the greddy type s bov knock off on ebay? i found one for only 70$ and was wondering if i should get it or not.

i personally wouldnt buy it. But you get what you pay for. I bought mine off ebay for 215 i believe.

I thought about it, but decided I'd rather get a 1g bov than get bitten on a sour ebay deal.

Maybe easy but your broke as shit, I do research on all the ebay parts that I buy and know EXACTLY what I am getting before I bid on it. People mouthed the Ebay B&M clone shifter but you know what its a freaking piece of metal and it works PERFECT and exact replica of B&M. Just research exactly what you want and see who runs it and take a chance if ya want to I usually do I like to test new products. So far ebay is my performance shop

i have the imatation greedy bov. works perfectly so far even at 20psi. not really a fan of it just works fine for now. im waiting to get slowboys 2g frount mount with a tial bov for my setup. but for a cheap beeter bov then our stock one it works good

So does anyone have any experience with both the real and knockoff Greddy BOVs, like the sound, internals, response, amount it holds, etc? The knockoff looks EXACTLY like the real one--both the Type S and RS. I'm kind of wondering if it's just the Greddy before the name is put on it. But then again that's what I thought about the ebay Injen intake knockoff and that turned out to be a little different. Where's the store brands of the car parts world? Ya know, same stuff but no name.

I have the knockoff HKS BOV (Monza SSQV) that I got off eBay. Works fine.

Yeah, they're cheap but some of them make very annoying noises at random times that makes you want to drive straight into a wall. And no one seems to know how to fix them.

I'm sure searching would give you a great value of information that a write up would give you. Only the knock-off is one that no one would be able to help you with. I would simply suggest getting the greddy if you completely want to be sure that you are going to get a perfect BOV. If there is a problem with that one you could send it back to the company.

What psi do you plan on running. If it's anything below 22psi, then I would just go with the 1G. It's a proven piece and you can get them for around $35-40.

I doubt you could send it back. The diaphram alone is like $70 to replace, which goes out on some people's type s. If the knockoff is like the B&M shifter deal then I'd much rather save $150. If anyone has both, please do a wrieup and help us all out.
