So i was thinking of getting a 20g but an ebay one. I know that its about 50/50 some people think they are shit some say they are pretty good. Well im not going to race this car just to use as a fun DD. My next point theres a vendor selling 20g i think he is from cali and it says if not 100% satisfied money back. So i was thinking buy it and just beat the shit out of it and see if it lasts i mean i have nothing to lose. What do you guys think?

decided to go with a real mhi evoIII 16g because forced performance is having a sale right now. only paid $524 shipped

Good choice; any MHI turbo is a good choice- but there's a decent gap in potential between an Evo III 16G and a TD06 20G / 50-trim....especially at your claimed desired boost level of 30psi.

thanks and yea i know but since im still learning i think i should learn more before turbos and dsm cars before i but a td0620 or 50 trim and just stay at 15psi for now

The Evo III 16G is a perfect upgrade turbo for the requirements of roughly 95% of street-driven DSM's.

I have a guy that ran one of my rebuilt Evo III 16G's to an 11.98 with his 1997 Eclipse GST using the stock 7-bolt pushing 30psi (dropping to 26-27psi at redline) burning E85 and Meth injection. Unbelievable.
