Easly make your gs or esi faster for cheaper then to buy a gsx or tsi

Ok for all you who think that the gs and esi can not be as fast as the gsx or tsi your wrong. Why get a gsx or tsi the produce only 210 hp and wieght 450lbs more then the gs and esi. If you have a gs or esi just slap on a hahns stage 2 turbo kit for 3 grand and you got a 250 hp gs that cost half of a gsx or tsi and it wieghts 400 pounds lighter. Factory turbos are never as good as aftermarket ones. O and for anyone thats going to say but the gsx and tsi are all wheel drive that still no going to make it faser then a gs or esi thats 40 hp faster and 400lbs lighter

Your right about that but a gsx or tsi can run 12s for around 1000...tell me how much it takes for your gs or esi to do that.

I think It will cost you more then a thousand unless your talking about high 12s but with the setup im talking about with a performance exhaust and slicks and a aftermaket computer can run easy low 13s and with racing rods, pistons, axles and clutch, for a 100 shot of nos it will run high 11s easy for another 3 grand and it will still be under the cost of a gsx or tsi

That's OK. Cram 400 hp to a f5m22 trans and see what you get. Remember there's more to the turbo car than just a turbo. It's a complete comprehensive package including but not limited to suspension, brakes, fuel delivery, and exhaust. Plus several other things that I know others will think of. The transmissions in the turbos are a heavier made transmission to handle the extra horse power. Yes, you can make a gs go fast. But at what price and for how long? Just a thought

high 12s is still 12s right? And last time i checked aftermarket computers were def. not cheap. You might as well just face it a gs or esi isn't as easy to make fast as a gsx or tsi and be able to handle the power as Old Mitsu Tech pointed out.

oh boy here we go again...besides, the weight difference on the GS and the GS-t is basically the added things from the turbo,other then that,they are BASIC LY the same,with the manifold,turbo, intercooler and piping and all that stuff,you'll be lucky to make a turboed gs 50 pounds lighter then a stock gs-t.Don't take this the wrong way,I know where your at,I've been there before,but you gotta be realistic man.I myself would give up my 1gawd for a 2g gs-t anyday,But i think the 2g is the sexiest thing ever made.And I'm not looking for a monster,but added weight or not,turbo fwd or not, fwd on the track, awd WILL show you what's up.There's no roll lane at the track.On a road course the same thing will happen,the awd just let's you,it's ok,if the front ones start to spin the rears will catch you,but sometimes it lies to you,and then you crash..good luck with it man...
