1G Early 92 auto swap to 93-94 transmission

So I have a early 1992 AWD with a 6 bolt and the older style transmission.(3 plug TCU)
I have a spare transmission that came out of a 1994 AWD.
But I didn't notice until I went to swap it out that the plugs are all different.
Can I just swap over the parts, so I can plug in this new transmission?
Or do I just need a 90-92 transmission?

I believe you can swap sensors. There may be more info on atdsm.com or on one of the auto DSM fb groups.
