Just thought I'd dump some before photos here

Pulled the ecm out and scored. It's an eprom ecu. I'll be sending it out to be socketed soon.

Here's a little update. My block is basically trashed on one cylinder so I found another engine that I'll be picking up Friday. I've also picked up my L19 head studs, crower 64414-2 cams, and a COP setup that I'll be using to get rid of wasted spark.

Did a bit here and there over the past couple weeks. I picked up a full 4g63 from a 97 that I'll most likely have to swap my 95 cas stuff to. I also bought body pieces with the engine so it doesn't look so horrible now. I added arp L19 studs to the new block and have my head prepped to go to force engineering to be inspected and cleaned. I also have the vent pod mocked up. I'm thinking about adding a couple switches in to busy it up a bit.

The weather finally broke and got better so I had more time to pull the old engine, put the new one in, add the L19 studs, start gutting the interior, and someone minor body work. When I pulled the engine, I found out I have an ipt tc and trans. I also moved it into the partial garage so the weather won't affect me too much.

Looking good so far, please tell me you're going to keep the car a Talon and not convert it to an eclipse

Most of it will stay talon. I prefer the eclipse front end though.

Thanks. I've got some wiring to do since its a 97 engine and a 95 body. It's been pretty fun so far.

Wiring can be a nightmare when someone hacked it up previously.
