I bought a new project and I plan on running the car on E85. I was just wondering if the supra pump would be E85 friendly and more importanly supply enough fuel for my set up. I was going to run pte 1000cc injectors, Aeromotive FPR, anodized fuel rail, all of that good stuff. I will be running a holset hx-35 or hx-40 which ever i can find first. This being my first car with anything more then a small 16g i am not sure of my goals but would like trap in the 120's with awd. enough rambling about all of that is the pump going to supply the fuel and also handle the alcohol content of E85?

I'm not sure what the hx35 or 40 flow in lb/min, but if it's anything over 45lb/min you're going to be pushing the pump to it's limits, and the injectors. 1000cc injectors at 80% IDC will flow just under 45 lb/min, and just about 55 lb/min at 100% IDC, so it's up to you how much you wanna press your luck. That being said you should be able to push your setup a little ways, just watch your afr's and IDC once you get up to that area, and you'll be fine. Good luck!
