E-brake help

I have to take my car to echeck tomorrow but my brake light is on im almost positive it has to do with my ebrake i removed the switch and the light is still on is there any way to get that light off for like a hour i checked the brake fluid is fine dont know what else to do and i broke the f-in switch while i was unplugging the wire to my ebrake

you should re check your brake fluid master cylinder reservoir sometimes even if you refill it the float can get stuck leaving the light on

check the wires that go to the reservoir sensor also one of mine was dry rotted

some cars the brake light will come on when the brake pads are getting thin.
