If I bought a car with a Shitty E-85 tune. What is needed to go back to 93 octane? Other than a tune/adjusting fuel to air ratio.

That should be all you have to do. The setup for e85 also works for 93. I.e. Fuel pump, injectors, lines etc. I run a flex setup on mine and the only difference is the tune and GM sensor to read the ethanol content.
