I will try to get the graph up as soon as I can but I don't have a scanner so bare with me for a few days. At 19psi I got 293.2 whp and 290.8 torque. The initial first run at 14psi was 243whp and 251 torque. Lots of room for improvement the portfueler's base map is rich as hell, was off the charts. I was stuck at 270whp just like suieclipse told me until we closed the gaps on the spark plugs, added an instant 20whp at 18psi, LOL. I'll get that dyno sheet up as soon as I can :thumb:

I'll be the first to say it, nice numbers man and congrats. I realize the work and time required to pull those kind of numbers is no joke nor for the faint of heart.
so :rocks: on and keep us updated :thumb:

Not sure about the plugs, I'll get that graph up as soon as I can, hopefully the guy I dyno'd with will send it to me through the computer tommorow.

I'm looking into cams now. Any help with a good choice would be appreciated. So far all I found that seemed to be a good deal was this

What would u guys recommend I get to go along with that and how much more whp do u think i'd make?

I dont really follow GS/RS aftermarket very much, what size turbo comes in the star stage 2? Nice numbers BTW.

Do you guys think its possible to get those numbers without the 8 injector set-up?
I think I wanna put about 300hp at the crank, that would be suffcient enough for me.
So I'm thinking the Star Stage 2 kit, with the howell 8:6, 2.0 bottom end kit, some tuning and about 10-15psi would be nice. Daily driven that is.

Man those are some great numbers man. Here you are gettin just about 300whp, and i cant get my 420a t to run right for more than 50 miles! . good job though! keep it up!

Very nice #'s. Wish it was next Monday thats when mine is going to get dynoed. It's set at 4 psi since my profec E-01 was not working and had to use the set psi of the wastegate. When we dynoed it then it was 200 horses, but I installed my E-01 yesterday and it runs so much better already cant wait to crank it up and see what it does. So do you need the 8-injector setup for 350 horses? Because that is what I am aiming for with 550's

Gl with it Ajax. You don't really "need" the 8-injector setup imo, look into the megasquirt it's cheaper I believe and better, but my portfueler is doing the job def....BUT...

Well I talked to my machanic, found out cams and installation will be pretty expensive so I will hold that off for as long as I could. Today I ran into another dilemma, ignition.

I guess during the dyno they gapped the spark plugs closer as I said which helped but today it was missfiring so I guess my stock ignition just isn't ganna do. I want to get real good ones and throw her back on the dyno for a few base pulls, hopefully get a bit more hp even. What would u guys recommend so far u have all steared me into the right direction.

Will msd work with our cars and easy bolt on?

what are your plugs gapped at now???

yeah i am really curious about that too
i have always just used the NGK BKR7E's
part #6097 with the preset gap
i think it is like .30 or something
its been a while since i changed them

and you closed the gap with stock ignition system right?

Honestly from the dyno graph (I still gotta put that up he should post it up today) they said she was loving 18-19psi. I think with the new ignition system I should be fine, what do u guys think I'm ALWAYS open to advice, LOL.

Yes they closed it a bit with stock ignition but as I said in my previous post it's missfiring now so I'm ganna go with a better ignition system all togather, will msd work smoothly on our cars, and u guys think i can extract a wee bit more whp with it, LOL.

Not sure about the ignition, but what clutch are you running it says stage 3, but is it a Spec 6 puck or??? Yeah I did my engine work and cams myself so I saved some money there, let us know how the ignition issue turns out. :thumb:

It's a stage III clutch from titan motorsports, but I can't find the clutch on the site anymore to find the info on it, I will ask the machanic soon as I get the chance, sorry for my ignorance as usual :(

I can't figure out how to use that program with my dyno info, this is the best I can do the guy who dyno'd will explain how to get to the other charts hopefully soon.

There we go, tuner sent me the best numbers, and thats my air/fuel.

i talked to brad at hahn once about the msd with the portfueler
and according to him the DIS-2 works just fine

and since you have the hahn tach adapter
you dont need msd's
and vice versa if you already have the msd tach adapter you dont need the hahn unit

whats up with that little lean spike after 3k rpms?

They dyno'd it and tuned the airfuel to 12. Some say that is running towards the lean side but they say it's fine. I guess what I will do is when I get ignition I may ask em to bring it to 11.6 or something. But idk I hope they doesn't hurt my power much, LOL.

ya but in between 3k and 3.5k rpms, you spike to around 17:1 a/f ratio. thats really lean, why did it spike like that?
