dsmlink question (nitrous controls)

I have dsmlink v2.5 on my 2g. When you enable nitrous controls does that automatically make pin 3 on the factory ecu as the nitrous output or do i have to set that up somewhere else. I can't find any output settings so i assume by enabling the nitrous controls it automatically makes the fuel pressure solenoid output (pin 3) the nitrous output.
