I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to reload my settings on my dsmlink after my battery went dead? Thanks

I bought my car with the dsmlink already installed, so i don't know how to use it. Does anyone know how to re-load to programs? The previous owner gave me the laptop he used with it. Do you think the file i need to reload is on the laptop or on a cd? Thanks

Open the most recent tuned log that you have.
Connect to the car.
Under the ECU dropdown, select fuel, then click "COPY TO ECU"
Repeat for the other things in the ECU drop down menu.

Hopefully an easier way is to look in your file that all of your logs are saved in maybe the guy who had it before saved a pumpgas.ecu or something similar. that will contain the last saved settings. Once you get it running again make sure you go to the ecu drop down screen go to save type then save as and save your ecu file so if battery dies you have a way to restore settings with out the pain of retuning
