1G DSMLink ECU pins for IR BCS?

I'm trying to install the DSMLink's IR BCS, so I found the plug in the picture that looks like it went to the factory BCS (when I bought the car the BCS didn't exist), so I hooked it up and it wasn't working. So I look at the color coded ECU pinout and the wire I used was Blue with yellow tracer (EGR what my wiring diagram shows, obviously it doesn't work) So why is the BSC wire plug I cut off look just like pin #15? So the obvious question is which wire to I use to wire in my aftermarket EBC solenoid to use with Link V3?

I have a 1992 1G GSX 5 speed.

The 2 wires at the BCS plug are orange and orange/yellow. At the ECU, it's the small plug, pin 105 (orange)
