98 Motor in 95 swapping ecu change pins?and wires?

I swapped. 97?/98 motor into my 95 and swapped the plug wires and injector pins ,and made a cas adaptor wire .I now have a 97 ecu I want to put in I would just swap them back an plug the ecu in and be good to go?
